Refund Policy

  What's the refund policy?

We are a super-small business and due to the limited number of seats available in our classes,  we are unable to process refunds for our training services.  We do however; offer a rollover service.  Meaning, If a student misses training or needs to be re-scheduled we can roll them over to a future date. There is a one time $50.00 administration fee associated with each ticket rolled over.  We are committed to training you and we ask that you show us the same respect by being dedicated to learning.  This means be in the right place, at the right time and in the right uniform.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. You may transfer the ticket to whomever you wish. This is the easiest way to "gift" a class to someone.
